Shipping policy

All items are made to order, unless listed as one-of-a-kind, and lead time will vary based on the time of year. September through December are the busiest months, and lead times can be up to two weeks BEFORE shipping.  I am a one-person operation, so I greatly appreciate your patience during the holiday season! During the rest of the year, orders will typically ship out within 2-3 days of ordering.  I pack all orders securely and with lots of cushion, but I am not responsible for your package once it has left my hands and is in the postal system. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders, but I can't see anything more than you can when pulling those numbers up (sadly).
