Returns and Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges are handles on a case-by-case basis for regularly listed items only. I will issue the refund once the item has been returned to me, minus shipping fees. I do not offer refunds on custom orders, so please be sure what you’re asking for is what you want. I’m more than happy to work up several examples and tweak things to make sure it’s exactly what you want before you purchase. I do not offer refunds or exchanges for items damaged in the email, as all orders are securely packaged to the best of my ability but I have no control over what the postal service does with them along the way. Please read all item descriptions carefully, as I do not offer exchanges or returns for things covered under the variables that come with the nature of handmade items (ex. page used for book page print, density of words on ornaments, slight color differences, differences in size, etc.)
